We offer 30-day happy returns on unused items in their original condition. If something isn't right — wrong size, changed your mind, or your dog simply wasn't impressed — we'll arrange a free UK return label and a swift refund or exchange.

Most collars, leashes and apparel are machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle — check the care label for specifics. Bed covers are removable and machine washable. Air dry rather than tumble dry to keep colours bright and materials at their best.
