These terms set out the rules for using our website and buying our products. By placing an order you agree to them — so grab a treat and have a read.
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fetch & Co. website and the purchase of any products from us. The site is operated by Fetch & Co. Ltd, registered in England and Wales, registered office The Kennel Works, 48 Barker Street, Manchester, M4 1HW. Please read these Terms carefully before using the site or placing an order.
By accessing our site or buying from us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you shop with us, and not to use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time for maintenance or other operational reasons.
3. Orders and formation of contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the products have been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. While we work hard to ensure prices are correct, errors occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order via our secure payment providers. We accept major debit and credit cards and selected digital wallets. Ownership of the products passes to you only once we have received full payment and dispatched them.
5. Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. UK standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and is free on orders over £40; express and international options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can put it right.
6. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day happy returns policy. You may return unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as used chew toys) cannot be returned unless faulty. We will refund the price of the returned goods within 14 days of receiving them. Free UK return labels are provided; original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Product warranty
We stand behind our gear. All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or — let's be honest — exceptionally enthusiastic chewing beyond a product's intended use. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Fetch & Co. name, logo, product designs, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our products are dog accessories and should always be used with appropriate supervision.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
